No payment now. We'll call to confirm your plan and set up monthly billing.

Subscription questions

When am I charged?

On the day you subscribe, and on the same date every month after that. You'll get an email before each renewal.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Email us at julycoffees@gmail.com and we will move you to a different plan or swap your coffees from your next delivery. There is no charge for changing.

Can I change the coffees in my box?

Of course. Write to us at julycoffees@gmail.com before your next renewal and tell us what you would like instead, as long as it fits your plan.

Can I skip a month or pause?

Both. Skip moves you to the following month. Pause holds the subscription for as long as you choose, and nothing is charged while it's paused.

How do I cancel?

From your account, in a couple of clicks. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee — your last paid box still ships.

When does my box ship?

We roast and dispatch within two working days of each charge, so it reaches you fresh. Your coffees and complimentary items are the same every month unless you ask us to change them.
