July Select

July Select is a limited-release speciality coffee from Ratnagiri Estate, Chikmagalur, Karnataka, crafted from the SLN 9 Arabica varietal as part of July Coffee’s special Anniversary Microlot Series. Produced in limited quantities and roasted in small batches, it is designed to showcase the distinctive character of a carefully selected harvest.

The coffee undergoes a meticulous 42-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by a thermal shock treatment, a process that enhances clarity, sweetness and complexity while maintaining a beautifully balanced cup. The result is a rich yet refined coffee with comforting nutty and chocolate notes, smooth body and excellent depth.

Best enjoyed through manual brewing methods such as French Press, Pour Over and AeroPress, where its sweetness, structure and chocolate-forward character can fully develop.
